It took Caliper Collision TWO WEEKS to fix a small dent on the rear of my car. The employees are not friendly or customer focused. You have to call them to receive any update on the status of your repairs.and they do not return phone calls. Find another auto body shop, there are plenty.

Absolutely one of the most frustrating experiences. My car was damaged in a hit and run . Scheduled on line to sit and wait, per their website 45 minutes. Arrived told NO my insurance company requires me to leave the car. A few days later I received a call asking when I was coming in?. Told them I was there days before. No knowledge that I was there.
