The definition of incompetence and arrogance. The initial repair quote stated 5 days to repair. I prepaid my deductible to the shop so they could order parts in advance to speed up the repair. The shop called to tell me the parts had arrived. The repair consisted of a lower bumper cover, a wheel well insert and a trim piece. The bumper cover being the only part that needed to be painted.
