Eric was amazing, the entire staff was very friendly and walked me through a supposedly stressful time after my accident. The car was returned brand new and the customer service throughout the process was amazing. I was always kept in the loop and any questions were answered. The wash and interior made the car spotless. The car was technically held almost a week longer but the staff kept me updated one what the issues were plus the quality of work outshines everything else. Superb! I brought in my little baby prius for some minor repairs. I was greeted with a friendly staff. Chris was professionally friendly and offered to assist with additional damages that I may want to repair. The ongoing daily updates are highly valued and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I recieved a 5 star service.
