I dropped my car off at this location on Thursday evening and was informed I would receive an estimate the following day. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication, so I followed up by phone late Friday afternoon. I was told that the associate assigned to my vehicle had to leave unexpectedly for a personal matter, but that a manager would provide a rough estimate the next day. Jon, the GM, and Laurie and Kathy at reception were all amazing and great to work with. They made the handling of the rental car very simple, and the turnaround time on the repairs on the vehicle was way ahead of schedule. I highly recommend caliber collision. I am a manager of a large Fleet of vehicles so time is of the essence when I have one of my units in for repairs. We will bring all our business here going forward!
Terrible experience with Caliber Collision. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they refused to release it even though the insurance company had already confirmed payment was on the way. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. To make matters worse, my car was returned in unacceptable condition—covered in dust and dirty both inside and out. After all that time in their shop, I expected at least a clean vehicle. This level of service is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.
I have nothing but great things to say about our experience after we brought our car in from a crash- JD was amazing, and super communicative and friendly. He always kept us informed every step of the way through our repairs, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The car looks good as new, and everyone I interacted with was super friendly and professional!
