I would recommend Caliber Collision all the time for their hard work. From the day I dropped my car until I picked up, Rafik has been in communication with me and kept me informed and what to expect.
I just have to comment on how helpful Laura, at the front desk, was in guiding me through the insurance claim process. She gave me sound advice that avoided me having to front my own deductible by advising me to go straight through the insurance of the guy who hit me. Given that I wasn’t able to speak with someone on the phone at my insurance (all online)- I was super thankful for her guidance.
I came to Caliber Collision to have my driver’s side rear door repaired after someone carelessly opened their door and scratched the paint on my car (caught on my dash cam). Because of the damage, it wasn’t something I could just paint over—I had to go through the full repair process. I’ve used Caliber Collision in the past when someone did a hit-and-run on my driver’s side door, which required a full door replacement due to a large dent.
