Had a good experience with Caliber recently. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and the service Manager Chris provided communication throughout. Each interaction was great as Chris was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The completion of the repairs looked really good.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Caliber collision center in Chantilly when we came to drop off our vehicle for repairs after an accident. We had already started the claims process, completed the required paperwork, and were ready to move forward. Unfortunately, our experience with the claims representative, (Rafiq) or (Rafik) whatever his name, was unacceptable. I’ve come to this location multiple times for bumper repairs. After the second visit, I was assured everything was fixed, but I’m still not pleased with the workmanship or final results. The first two photos are from the first repair, and the last two are from the second repair, which in my opinion do not show much improvement. The staff and managers were kind, professional, and helpful, but whoever worked on my vehicle did not do quality work. Unfortunately had to use their service twice due to other driver's fault accidents. Service, communication, and quality of work is top notch.
