I had a very positive experience with this Caliber Collision location. They got my car in right away, began work immediately and provided daily updates. Brenda managed my repairs and was very responsive and informative. They finished my repairs earlier than anticipated which was a big relief having heard these things can take many weeks. The work done looks perfect and I am completely satisfied.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this shop. What should have been a simple fender bender repair turned into a nightmare. After the first repair, the bumper was misaligned, and there were visible gaps that shouldn’t have been there. Caliber Collision provides the BEST body and paint repair in the USA. Upon my intense, close inspection after repair and paint I can see no evidence that my car had any work done. (That's exactly how it should be!) The paint (black metallic) was as good or better than the factory original. The staff was friendly and completely professional. Had a good experience with Caliber recently. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and the service Manager Chris provided communication throughout. Each interaction was great as Chris was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The completion of the repairs looked really good.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Caliber collision center in Chantilly when we came to drop off our vehicle for repairs after an accident. We had already started the claims process, completed the required paperwork, and were ready to move forward. Unfortunately, our experience with the claims representative, (Rafiq) or (Rafik) whatever his name, was unacceptable.
