Wasn’t done on time. Date of completion kept getting pushed backed due to shop personnel misplacing items and having. To reorder. After I picked up my vehicle there were still missing items I kept calling and was told they would order. They never did. I ordered it myself and installed it myself.
I did my research with body shops before and read reviews and when I was down to three I called each of them and what made me decide for Caliber was the customer service they have, my truck was destroyed on the top as it got stuck inside a parking garage and the whole roof, satellite, front and back glasses were destroyed and I tried my luck and do not regret it, from the front desk(I think her name is Vida, sorry, but awesome) to the service rep handling our case, Jorge Villanueva, everything was excellent. Great work, great customer service. Very professional.
Great shop very tech centric to keep you informed with high levels of communication. Customer service was stellar and highly recommend Jorge. The front desk was great and loved how rental car place picked me up and dealt with my car dropped over there. Amazing experience in a situation when you have car damage. I would use them again.
