mom's car My mother's car had been crushed in the front & they did not think it was going to be able to be fixed. They did an excellent job & replaced the whole front end & all the parts. They also painted it to match the rest of the car. Yeah they take a little long but I would rather it be done right than messed all up. We still have the car today & it's been at least 5 years or longer. Very happy with the work done. excellent job guys & Thank you.
Family run buisiness with a poor attitude and bad service We went here on the recommendation of a friend, and later found out there was something in it for him. The work was ok I guess, but they took WAY too long, and in speaking with my insurance company I understand that they are difficult to work with and try to overcharge, and that can result in a delay in getting a car fixed. Focus on the client's needs! On two occasions this past year, we have had very disappointing accidents with two different vehicles where severe damage was done but not enough to qualify the vehicles as being "totaled". Both accidents were freak accidents to a family that had few car problems in the past. Nicole Frantzen efficiently and professionally handled my vehicle and your technician, Jay, was extremely talented and repaired my Scion beautifully so no one will ever know it was damaged. The body work is perfect! The paint work is perfect! What a terrific experience in craftsmanship and I will definitely recommend your facility to others.
Wonderful Job and great communication! Itâs not often that I write reviews regarding service. Having said that, I do want to tell you that I just had the most painless repair completed on my automobile. Kara Congi did a wonderful job in communicating the status of the repair and explanation of what was needed to maintain the quality of the repair.
