Alexander’s customer service is simply the best . Right from the first time I met him he gave me the assurance that he would look after me and my car. Caliber Collision handled my claim with professionalism and care. I was rear-ended on the way to school drop-off, and coffee spilled all over my vehicle. My back bumper was damaged and part of it fell off. Dhalia was my claims manager, and she made sure to keep me updated and informed throughout the entire process. She even made sure to have my car detailed to take care of the coffee.
