Communication was on point. Customer service was courteous, professional, and efficient. Repair time was quick. Car was received before the promised time. Vehicle looks fantastic after being rear ended, and no issues since I have had Starina, my Subaru Croastrek, back.
My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job.
