Quick and excellent service. 100% recommended. I did not have to ask for updates because they have such a great system that you always know the status of your car. They understand how valuable cars are for our daily lives and they do their best to finish soon.
I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Dublin. I was upset about hitting a deer and my nerves were a wreck. After having my SUV towed and speaking with my estimator Neil I felt so much better. Neil’s customer service was top tier and I absolutely loved his sense of humor. He ensured my SUV would be repaired with great care. Awesome Service! Got repairs from accident! Arsen (I think i spelled that right) was great. I especially loved the communication and how they work hand in hand with enterprise to make for an easy peasy process. Front desk was awesome as well! Especially Riah! She was so awesome and really went the extra mile for us! Thank you all!
Edit on 3/7/2026: I am uploading a new picture; this picture shows that automotive glue was utilized to keep the bumper panel attached. This makes things even worse in my opinion because it tells me that the fit wasn't there and vehicle was delivered to us with possible knowledge that the bumper panel was not fitting properly. This should have been logged as a supplemental to the claim to ensure that the work was done properly and vehicle was returned in pre accident condition.
