This is despite the fact that, following a recent collision, my trunk was smashed and unable to be opened (to allow the removal of its contents). When I got my vehicle back it was unsafe to drive it only had 3 lug nuts on 2 of my wheels. And when you drive down the road it pulls to the left hard and and since my rack and pinion (its and electric rack and pinion ) still slips from the crash its so unsafe to drive I felt like mine and my 2 daughters 3 years old and 9 years old lives were at risk
