CUSTOMERS BEWARE !! it is Caliber corporate policy states it is not responsible for anything left inside your vehicle when it is undergoing repair. This is despite the fact that, following a recent collision, my trunk was smashed and unable to be opened (to allow the removal of its contents). When I got my vehicle back it was unsafe to drive it only had 3 lug nuts on 2 of my wheels. And when you drive down the road it pulls to the left hard and and since my rack and pinion (its and electric rack and pinion ) still slips from the crash its so unsafe to drive I felt like mine and my 2 daughters 3 years old and 9 years old lives were at risk

My fender was bent my rear end is bent and my steering wheel clock spring is even broken my strut is damaged and I feel help less cause I took it back and the guy that helped me TONY made me feel like I was ******and if everything was my fault when I just want my car fixed
