I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. This was my first experience with a collision repair, and they made it very stress free. Gabe kept me informed the entire time, and the process of getting a rental car through them went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using them!
Caliber was great in providing expert service and high customer service. Can not recommend highly enough.
After what was a pleasant experience with this company, it turned completely sour after having to deal with their GM, Heidi. After I got my vehicle back, I noticed a popping from the front driver's side (when braking) that they worked on due to an accident. I called back & spoke to Heidi who told me that we could get it back into the 3rd party that did the work on that side - stated they did a wheel, alignment, & brake job.
