UPDATE: I would like to thank everyone at this Caliber location for listening to my concerns in the post-maintenance survey as well as my review for being receptive of criticism and working to professionally resolve my concerns. Consistent delays and lack of communication. I got my vehicle back after a 1.5 week delay, which on its face is not a problem, but the lack of consistent communication was frustrating. I had to reach out every single time on my own to get updates, even when attempting other methods of contact and commitments to reach out at given intervals. This place was amazing. Everybody was friendly and at front with everything that was going on with my car. I have nothing negative to say and only positive vibes. Thank you for fixing my car and doing everything that you said you were gonna do and then some.
Brynne- the customer service rep was lovely and worked very hard to be helpful. The rest of the process was a nightmare. I would get calls and texts the car was ready and then later that day they would change the ready date. So disruptive to life. I had to return my rental bc Caliber told me the car would be ready the following day. It ended up going another week- during which I had no car bc they kept saying it would be ready the next day.
