The team at Shakopee Caliber Collision did an amazing job from start to finish. Scott was my primary contact, and he communicated well the entire time. Brought my 2015 Dodge in for a minor repair for bodywork. Initially the process went smooth when it came to inspection and estimate. However, the next day I was called and told that Dodge no longer makes the part and they had called two local dealers for the part. There was potential for a used part if I was interested. Hard to work with
Best car repair service I have ever had! Wonderful customer service including every person I worked with during my car's repair. The person answering the phones, the person at the desk greeting people, the person who oversaw the repairs and updated me daily on the status of my car were all fantastic! My car looked great and was done a day earlier than they quoted me! The repairs were excellent, everything looked like new!
