Didn’t have the best experience at Shakopee location.. was told to drop off my car at 8am so I did. I decided to wait at the shop while my windshield was being repaired. After about 40 minutes, they inform me they were doing someone else’s car before mine because my drop off time was 8-9am, and the other persons was 8, not true, mine said 8am as well.
