Great Service. Great Communication. Timeframe of estimated repairs to be completed was awesome. Customer Service was good. Only one caveat would be in an insurance work case- Let the Vehicle Owner know that only portion of the tailgate was going to get resprayed/relined when the tailgate was initially being replaced. I would have paid a little extra or pushed insurance to put the tailgate back to a pre-event condition not a noticeable FIX or Repair.
