Went to get car repaired. Mostly got it fixed but the rear license plate lights arent staying in place. Also kept asking me to “rate them 10 stars” in their survey when giving me information, which made it inconvenient finding said info.
If you need auto body work done, this is definitely the place to go. Everyone is very professional and straight forward. They gave me updates every few days on the status of my car. The car was completed a few days earlier than promised. The work was outstanding, and the vehicle was very clean when I picked it up. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
Caliber Collision was great to work with! They updated me often on the status of my vehicle. They worked directly with my insurance company and went above and beyond! I highly recommend working with them!
