Took in car for scheduled estimate set up by Geico. Desperate front desk lady gets snippy and unprofessional telling me it was for repair and hard lining that if they disassembled I would be charged blah blah. As the car owner and policyholder for Geico, I sure as shit never authorized anything and Geico set up the estimate.
SUCH an amazing experience with this body shop. I have literal zero complaints.
Highly professional shop- they keep you posted on progress regularly which is very helpful. I appreciated the extra service where they coordinated the rental car pick up/drop off, It made it very convenient. The car looks good as new! Everyone we dealt with at Caliber was top notch- extremely professional team.
