Caliber is awesome. The staff is super friendly and the text updates were helpful. I liked that the updates weren’t just automated and that we could chat to coordinate things. They were so flexible throughout the process and seemed very customer first. The vehicle was returned to me fully detailed inside and out which felt above and beyond. They even patched a tire for me which wasn’t part of my initial claim.
When i walked into caliber collision amanda was very polite and helped walk me through the whole process of getting my Altima fixed and gave me an idea of how long everything would take . Ed was very professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process making everything super easy and left me at ease while i went on vacation. Hopefully i never have to come back but if i do, i know where im going. Thanks again guys
I’ve used caliber twice and they’ve gone above and beyond both times AND finished my car well ahead of schedule. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and constantly keeping you in the loop. Would highly recommend if needing work on your car.
