DO NOT USE CALIBER COLLISION IN FARRAGUT! This is my second experience and I am regretting going back, they completely overpromise and under deliver every time. My second experience was for minor damage done by a deer hitting my Jeep on Ebeneezer resulting in dents in the driver door and cracked plastic on the front fender. Great job, completed ahead of schedule.
Ashley and Amanda are the absolute best. Not only are they very personably and knowledgeable, clearly invested in their work and their customers, but they continually went above and beyond for me throughout the course of my interaction. The repairs came out fantastic, and on top of it all they have a lifetime warranty to cover any future issues with the vehicle. There is not a thing I could complain about. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and their excellent staff.
