I brought my car here and the service was absolutly the greatest. Olivia the lady at the front desk was super kind and nice. Amerisa the manager was verh helpful with keeping me informed and the whole shop was just over all the best.
I will left a 0 , they stole item in my truck my registration and insurance papers my compartment glove is empty my apple car screen is gone it was glue to the dashboard. They broke my back window and left all the glass inside went back and no taking accountability about what happened items were stolen and the do not need be move because they where not even on the way for the repair. I add a pic of My screen stole and the glass inside my truck the repair was to the passenger rear door
GREAT customer service! Kept me updated on the progression of work. Employees pleasant and professional. Very thorough. Explained the whole process of what to expect. I took my vehicle to the Caliber on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston Sc. Should I ever need another repair I will defintely go to them.
