Great customer sevice I was referred to Caliber by my insurance company after a fender bender. The staff there is very helpful, friendly and efficient. They were great about calling me with updates on my car's progress and even finished the job early.
Caliber Collision Sucks!! Sorry to say but Calibre Collision Mission Viejo sucks. I was hit by a car and this person's insurance company directed me to these guys. What a bad decision. Day 1 I had told that there is a big vibration in the car, Alex my main contact there kept promising everything is alright, after 20 days - yes 20 days. He called me to fix take the car. UNSATISFIED i would never bring my car there. I can not stand this staff or the repairs that they performed to my car. Horrible. They took way longer than they quoted me and nobody ever called to keep me updated, I had to continuously call them!
