Caliber did an excellent job on my recent Mazda 6 repair. It was completed earlier than promised, my car was spotless when I picked it up, and the staff were all so helpful and nice! I had to return it due to the blinker not working following repairs - they fixed the issue in just a few minutes - no questions asked and free of charge. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend!
Terrific service. I have used twice (unfortunately) and their work is superb- although in both cases the damage was mostly superficial- you could not tell any damage had occurred. Great attitudes by all the employees I met.
They did not even fix the original damage in one area. We had to show them what they missed and leave the car again. We had to return a few times for them to correct things that should have been done right the first time. Car was delivered dirty. General manager is arrogant and rude.

This was the second time we’ve used Caliber. Once a few years ago for my wife’s car and then in the last few months for my truck. Both times we had absolutely nothing but great things to say. Both vehicles were repaired seamlessly and both were back before the projected date. They have a great team and we’re extremely grateful for the work they did both times!
