Caliber did a great job on my car repair, and Martin rocks!
Very bad experience, very unprofessional and they put Used Parts on my car after get my front end fixed with them. I have a used tire and a used brake caliber on my Jeep after they charged my insurance company a crazy price for repairs
Customer service earned this rating. My husband stopped by today after we were in a car accident last month. Geico sent us to this place, unfortunately. My husband spoke with Brandon, who seemed to have a horrible attitude and total disinterest in being helpful. Brandon did not greet my husband, he had an attitude the whole time and made it a point to state his involvement as a partner or someone of high rank in the business.
