They were straightforward, honest, timely and courteous Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and informative. They communicate well before during and after repair. Repair done well and car cleaned and returned a day before original estimate.
Heather was a thorough professional and informative explanation for repair required and most importantly followed with the vendor for parts to ensure delivery date is adhered. Also kept updating the work progress. Thanks a ton and keep up the good work Heather and team.
Awesome service, they do amazing work. I have brought 2 of my cars in on 2 separate incidents that were the other parties' fault, and caliber collision took care of everything. They work directly with the insurance companies so I didn't have to pay for anything out of my own pocket, and in both cases my cars came back looking brand new. Kept me updated every step of the way, and cleaned my car inside and out too! God forbid you get into an accident, but if you do, this is the place to get your repairs done.
