Customer service definitely needs to be brushed up on at this current location. I came here to get a quote on how much it would cost to get my car fix. Front desk asked me if it was gonna be through insurance, said yes and immediately informed me that they can’t give quote without insurance claim, which is fair. Then i asked if i wasn’t going through insurance can i still get a quote, and the answer she and her colleague gave me was still a no with some other bs answer.
