Upon leaving your shop, within 1 mile of departure, I had to call both you and my insurance, to alert that this problem was not even close to fixed, and I was afraid to drive this car... 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Shop said they were going to do an alignment on my vehicle and when my wife picked up the car they said it didn’t need it after being told pick up for car was going to be Friday or earlier and Friday comes around and was told the wheel that was sent out for refurbishing hasn’t came back and they were waiting for it so they can do an alignment. Had to to wait for the following Monday to get the car and was told one of the weather strips in the door had been broken during ... read more
