3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality With how long they had my car, and for the type of repair necessary, seems like they did the minimum needed. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Took longer than expected, went from a 5 day estimate to 10 days. For the damage considered i think it could have been done faster, but they said they had trouble ordering parts. Cost me money having to get a hotel since I had no rental.
