I got my vehicle last Friday I didn't used until Monday my husband drove the truck to it broke down. Apparently they didn't check inside of the engine the oil was leaking from the transmission and there was no water was leaking from radiator as well. Until now I haven't received a call from the body shop to give me a diagnosis of the damage. Very disappointed

5 Star : My Experience We were referred to Caliber by another shop because they were so busy. This shop is new but we were greeted by a very professional receptionist who gave us all the details needed and arranged for our rental car. We were then introduced to the management who was very pleasant and too, professional and gave us the process through which the car would go through.
