0 Star : My Experience Customer service was above and beyond. Manager Drew went out of his way to complete repair quickly and then picked me up at my house. I was impressed and appreciative of him. However my replaced Jeep bumper looks used and has white scratch lines and seams show low quality craftsmanship. Drew said they would replace it possibly tomorrow so I’m hoping for a call soon.
