0 Star : My Experience Left headlamp replacement had a factory defect (condensation inside the chamber & a yellow reflector out of position)....required extra time in the shop, but issue was handled promptly & professionally by Caliber staff ---- so not really their fault, but would have been better if their techs had noticed the defect upon installation (instead of customer noticing it shortly after picking up the vehicle).
