Each time I called it took a longer while to respond, I am a bit impatient so I would call back within the hour and get the same response that someone would get back to me. The only reason I called was my car was said to be ready for pick up on the day of and no one would get back to me within the hour so I was anticipating a phone call right before close to pick up my car.
