Cooks Collision of EDH is amazing. Excellent customer service. My Mercedes was both rear ended and side swiped. We were referred to Cooks, we couldn’t be happier with their service. This EDH Cooks is awesome! Any worries I had were put to rest and Heather always kept me updated on my car. My repairs were done in a timely manner and I couldn't have asked for better service! The staff there is very friendly and I will definitely send my friends and family there if they were to ever be in need of their services!!!

I WAS GREETED POLITELY AND HAD AN ASSESSMENT OF THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR . THEY CONTACTED ENTERPRISE TO BRING ME A RENTAL CAR. THEY CONTACTED ME DAILY WITH UPDATES AND THE CAR WAS IN PERFECT AND CLEAN CONDITION WHEN I PICKED IT UP. THEY CONTACTED ENTERPRISE TO PICKUP THE RENTAL CAR AND I DIDNOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM. Cook's did a great job on the bumper on my car. They kept me informed and had every thing lined up and ready when we came in for the work.

In an accident where the person rear ended us, they were on the phone of course, so we need to get the back of the Mercedes Fixed. Went to Mercedes of EDH and they recommended Cooks EDH. Called days ago to schedule an appointment to bring in the car to get worked on and they scheduled to come in today. Coordinated to get the rental car today as well.
