RecommendedThis is the second time I have used Caliber. Excellent service from Laura in handling my repairs. I didn't have a way to pickup my car and Laura sent a worker to pick me up. Great customer service. The work met my expectations and was very timely.
Lora was awesome. She Greeted me, did the inspection, made the quote and kept me updated as the repairs were being done.
My car required body repair and Caliber Collision did a great job fixing up my car. They performed a thorough estimate and carefully went through it with me. The office manager coordinated services with a car rental company. My car took the estimated time and was returned in beautiful condition - AND they practically detailed the interior and exterior of my car! I recommend Caliber Collision.

The manager Chad, and mechanical technician Larry were incredible to work with. Both super polite, and accommodating. It's why I'm a long time fan of this operation. Rick Robinson makes it all happen at three locations! I'd give more than five stars if I was able!
I took my vehicle in for repair and they were A+ from beginning to end. Trudy was extremely helpful from my initial call and she was very pleasant all the way through. They did an awesome job on my vehicle and even vacuumed the inside and washed the outside beautifully. They kept me updated on all issues and my vehicle was ready within the given timeframe. I definitely recommend this company.
