What an Awful experience! at Caliber Collision. The stafe were highly Unprofessional. The worker by the name "Karen" had the Worst Customer Service really Bad Attitude not willing to help. She said she's been there for over 10 years. Avoid getting your vehicle fixed here Terrible Experience. And on top of that my vehicle is Not Properly Done they had to work on it more than twice. Unbelievable!

The Caliber Collision on Wilcox. Took two times to take care of the body work (not counting other damage I had). First time the replaced bumper had burned paint. Second time they forgot to mount the license plate holder. In addition to my voicing my other concerns for my car instrument warnings. terrible customer service – I scheduled a saturday appointment, which was three weeks away, since they only take cars in on the first saturday of the month and I had just missed the day to bring it in. After waiting three weeks, I got a call the evening before my appointment, and a message saying they needed to cancel my appointment and reschedule because they were going to be closed that saturday. Simply Poor Work. – My insurance company recommended this shop and it was a mistake taking my car here. The work quality is poor - the paint match is really bad. I've had similar experiences with their other LA location - I think they are a chain. I would recommend going elsewhere!
awful choice – My experience here was nothing less than awful. The estimate was overpriced, the work was not complete on time, and more damage was done to my vehicle. I think they leave their cars in an open lot and left susceptible to vagrants. The company did not claim fault. I went to them in the first place because my insurance company recommended them, but I am not pleased. A bad choice.
