I dropped my car off this past Monday before noon (which was advised so they could go ahead and order parts that day) and was given an estimate of 3-4 days to replace my front bumper. A $1300 damage went to a complete loss $4000 ��� they take no ownership for 87 miles put on my car WHILE IN THERE POSSESSION-mileage documented going in, by them AND MILEAGE SHOWED 87 miles coming out. We were referred to ABRA by our insurance company. After our initial contact with ABRA in which they photographed our car's damage and discussed the process, we made an appointment to bring the car in. On that morning (Monday), we were immediately met by Mr. Lowery who quickly handled the paperwork and sent us on our way. No waiting around for a company representative....not even five minutes!
