Jamie served me today evaluating after a fender bender. He was able to buff out a lot of the marks and did not charge. Offered great service with a quick quote while I waited. Wonderful service.
Excellent customer service!!! I took my car in the Cobb Pkwy service center to get a quote on my mirror that was scratched. Naomi Lambert greeted us warmly and took a look at the damage. She said wait here and returned with some cleaner and rags and within minutes my mirror looked brand new. (A minor scratch on the bottom which I can live with!). I came to caliber collision to get my vehicle replace under my insurance. I was referred to the company. And I was having naomi handle my claim. She was by far the meaning of going above and beyond and amazing. I was stressing because I just had the car for a couple months and was going back home for Christmas.
