I needed my whole windshield replaced due to a crack that spread with the heat. I scheduled my service for July 10th, which was completed. I drove for the first time in the rain since having my car back just over the weekend (so this has probably been happening before then), and my windshield is leaking all over my electronics. Quality of work is great. Looks like it was installed at the factory. However, we didn't have a good experience with the installation process. We dropped off the vehicle at 8:00am as instructed. We were told that they would send us progress reports, which never happened. Before 1pm we received an email showing the paid invoice and thanking us for our business. We falsely assumed that meant the work was done. When we arrived at shop, we were told that it was in calibration and would be ready in 30 - 60 minutes or by 2:30. We ... read more
