Fantastic service- Terry their Window guy did a great job.
My experience with Caliber Collision was frustrating from start to finish. I chose them for what I thought would be a professional repair, but I was left with more problems than I started with. The most glaring issue was the paint job. The color match was noticeably off, leaving my car looking patchy and inconsistent. It's clear that the attention to detail just wasn't there. Scheduling was easy, I was able to schedule next day appointments. Chad, the installer , was polite, friendly, prompt and communicative, kept me informed re arrival time. Price was fair and comparable to other companies. Windshield looks great!
