I started out by using USAA’s recommendation for Safelite, and found it to be a mess of corporate sludge and a process made Unnecessarily difficult. I discovered the caliber was authorized by USAA for glass, and Rachel who answered the phone did an amazing job of taking care of me, and somehow got them to cover the original Mercedes glass. The installer arrived as promised, and took his time to do the work the right way. Just had service come to repair the Rock Chip on my windshield and David the Tech didn't call when he arrived at my work place but call to tell me that the Rock Chip ran and now the windshield is cracked. When I went out there to check on my vehicle, he showed me the crack and he didn't even apologize.....nothing....he just said that I had to get the windshield replaced.
