Very prompt in calling to set up the appointment at my place of employment(used my insurance app to start the process). Called morning of appointment and gave me accurate arrival time. Fixed the crack within 15 minutes. Happy with the results.
Requested an online estimate for my windshield and was happy with what I was quoted. They then proceeded to call my phone over and over and over for... so far 24 hours. I work 15 hour shifts and they dont even give time to respond before calling again and again. If I would have known I was going to be harassed by an autocaller I would have never requested a quote.
