I want to thank Caiber Auto Glass for a very professional experience. from the ladies on the phone to the hard workers they send out. it doesn’t go unnoticed and it’s nice to know these guys have your back. i have a 2002 buick and unfortunately they don’t make the glass for these vehicles anymore. i was able to locate one off of ebay and this great company was able to work with me with an after market piece. because i brought the glass to the job i wont be getting warranty coverage but that doesn’t matter its an older car im... read more
Very prompt in calling to set up the appointment at my place of employment(used my insurance app to start the process). Called morning of appointment and gave me accurate arrival time. Fixed the crack within 15 minutes. Happy with the results.
Requested an online estimate for my windshield and was happy with what I was quoted. They then proceeded to call my phone over and over and over for... so far 24 hours. I work 15 hour shifts and they dont even give time to respond before calling again and again. If I would have known I was going to be harassed by an autocaller I would have never requested a quote. Wonderful experience. Dan replaced my windshield, very careful and efficient. Took his time, would 100% recommend him anytime!
