We have had two oil changes where the plug was left loose. Yesterday being the most recent. Upon seeing oil in the driveway last night, I slid under and checked where it might be coming from. The oil plug was loose and I was able to turn it with my fingers. When returning the car to tell them there was a leak, we were told it was residual oil on the frame from changing the filter.
