I was not happy with the Cali Nails in Appleglen, waited over 20 mins because the employees hadn't shown up yet, came back and then I felt rushed. he did a horrible job on my nails and the lady that did the design which wasn't hard had an attitude about doing it. I've had my nails done many different places and for years and never have I experienced this.
I loved my staff has a passion for nail art work. She took her time, gave me a very relaxing massage with just the right amount of pressure. The shellac manicure has last 3 weeks!
I was so disappointed in my nails. The nail tech was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never come again
RecommendedThe salon had plenty of the usual Opi colors and a few "fun" ones. She was very responsible in her nail job. & she did quick and precise how I like it. They last WAY longer about three - four weeks.
I have been to several places over the past year but just love this nail shop. She was extremely detailed and pleasant to talk to. She clean, wiped cuticles under my feet. The place is very clean and always has quiet music playing.
I used to live in city and this is the " best " nail salon!! I figured since I hadn't made appointment they would rush us and not do as well and I've got wrong. She was optimize of my ideas. She worked quietly as soft classical music nearly put me to sleep. The pedicure turned out really nicer and look great!!
This is the " best " nail salon I have found in the area. The lady lived up to her promise and I was seen almost immediately after I walked in. She was extremely detailed and pleasant to talk to. She took her time to shape my nails and this is one of the best manicures I've had in a long time!

I have been to both locations and the last two times I have not been impressed. shellac chipped off within days. I just left the new location at Jefferson pointe, nail tech was shaking very messy, my nails look awful. I had forgot to use my gift card and they said they wouldn't cancel the transaction even knowing it wasnt complete. They should be refunding me. I have dead skin hanging of my fingers and nail polish on my skin. You lost my business, you need to train staff better!
