VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. Would give a number less than 1 of I could. I have only gone twice (when it first opened 5 years ago & then today). Both times had the same horrible service. I asked just for a manicure & she kept on saying deluxe & gel, and could barely understand her because she had a hard time with English. She wanted to charge me more, and I heard other workers trying to do the same thing to other people. I said no, just regular manicure. She didn't take off all my old gel polish. CAUTION! Someone very special to me contacted a fungal infection on her nails from this salon last week. There is a previous review from another client who has also posted about getting a fungus, last week. The response from staff at Cali nails took no accountability and blame shifted. Infections happen, be accountable and apologetic to your customers. Learn from this and do better.
