So I went only a week ago and this guy did my nails. And first off I wanted a rose pattern because I changed my mind from a heart and I guess it was too difficult for him to do because he said that if I get the heart instead he'll give me $5 off. So I went with it but he didn't even even out the heart and he didn't fill it in. One week later the nail ALREADY came off!! I didn't even bump it! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!
I wouldn’t even give this place a one star after today but unfortunately I had to just to leave a review. I use to like this shop but after today I will take my business elsewhere. And unless u enjoy being treated like crap as well your child for absolutely no reason then by all means enjoy. After speaking in there language bout me and my child who was just sitting there waiting patiently to get our feet done the women tells me that my daughter will have to sit in a chair that is on wheels. Bella at Calli Nails is wonderful. I highly recommend her.
I called for an appt today and they got me right in. They called for a young girl to come out of the back. No colors offered. There were color cards laying on a table. I had to ask to see them. She grabbed my hand and said is that dip. I said yes and she made a sound like she was disgusted. Pushed her chair back and went to get the soaking solution.
