Very clean and nice staff every time I go in. They do get busy but they make sure to get everyone’s needs met! I love my full set I just got there last night!

I loveddddd it. It was my first time getting my nails done in a salon. I don't know the name of the lady, but she was gentle & I for what I asked for. Everyone in there was sweet & respectful 🩷

Here’s a what I wanted and what I got.. from the beginning of my visit I had been given examples that don’t match colors on shelves which resulted in me changing my design to what I know and like. Let’s just say I voiced my opinion, paid, and won’t be back. Just leaving this here so someone else doesn’t wanna cry leaving their appointment

told him 3 times my nail was crooked and he said he would fix it and all the French tips are uneven.

I visited the nail salon at 7:13 pm, eager to get a full set. However, upon entering, I noticed the two nail technicians conversing in their native language. Despite my request, they continued to communicate in their native language, making me feel unwelcome. When I asked about the service, they instructed me to return the following day. I informed them that I would be out of town, but they refused to make an exception. Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar.
