Incredible quality and price, I’m so pleased! I had Henry make me a beautiful diamond and ruby bracelet and was very specific about the red-pink color I preferred. He nailed it and matched the stones perfectly. I was worried as I’d never had anything done with Cali Jewelers before and have had other pieces done poorly by others, but I was blown away. Hello to all I am very disappointed by the actions of this company outside of lying about my molding not showing up. Then Mo told me the package only had top molding but no bottom moldings for my son's teeth. I responded then by letting him know all of our items were together. So on top of paying them 634 dollars, they had me pay an extra 69 because we have been working on this purchase for almost a year. I ordered these teeth since December of 2024 until today. Henry crafted my engagement ring with impeccable quality and craftsmanship. He runs a small business with his son, and their work truly reflects care and expertise. Henry also added his own creative touches, like the beautiful gallery rail design, which turned out amazing. His prices are very fair, and the quality of the ring speaks for itself. I was visiting Beverly Hills and noticed that the clasp on a diamond bracelet that I was wearing was not closing properly. I did not have much time, but popped into Cali Jewelers and they were able to fix it quickly for me on the spot. I really appreciate their kindness in helping me, especially because the bracelet had belonged to my mother and it would have been awful if it had come off.
