I am very very upset to much to write it would like to talk to the owner. Made appointment online for 9am got there and they were not even opened. Then a girl comes to open and says dont make online and call and the girl didnt check to see if she had appointment and comes in all different times. She called the manager told her to call the girl, the girl didnt answer etc..... a 45 minute nail job took 2 and a half hours it was my first time here. Got out of there 1130 from 900am. I don't get my nails done often, and have always gone to different salons because I couldn't find one that made me feel comfortable enough, as well as quality work. Grand Nails exceeded my expectations by far! I got a gel mani-pedi, and they did a fantastic job. They took their time, were superrrr sweet, my nails came out looking absolutely beautiful, and lasted without chipping or scuffing far longer than any other place I've been to. I'll def be back!

Honestly one of the BEST pedicures I has gotten, They were super sweet and welcoming took there time didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. Had great conversation as well. I highly recommend
