Don’t order from this company-I ordered a personalized pillowcase on November 19th, 2020 as a present for my mom’s birthday in early December and still haven’t received it January 5, 2021. I got an order confirmation email and a “pre-shipment” email confirmation December 1st but it hasn’t moved from “label made” and the company is non-responsive. I will also be informing the Better Business Bureau because I believe this is a scam.

We ordered custom “postcard” pillow cases for Christmas gifts. This order was placed on December 8th, 2020. The website indicated we would receive the gifts before Christmas. As of January 6, 2021, we have yet to receive any thing. When we contacted the company they indicated they shipped the pillowcases on December 21st, 2020 and provided a tracking number for USPS. I thought this was a scam because it was taking so long but turns out there was an issue with USPS. It still arrived on time and company was responsive.
Do not purchase a single item from this company. I purchased an item over five weeks ago, and it still has not arrived. I have reached out to the company several times for status and a refund, and they were unable to help. I have to wait for the item to arrive, and then I can return it and get my refund. Now the holiday has passed and I am unable to give this gift. Extremely disappointed in their service.
