Receptionist not answering phone calls
This place gave me TMJ and countless loose cavity fillings. Now I'm being quoted thousands of dollar to fix Dr. Lin's mistake. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone that wants legitimate dental care.
Terrible dentistry. I went in on a Tuesday with an appointment at 3:30pm. Seated me 20 mins later ND waiting on patient chair for someone to see me. I was seen by a female Dentist- well I think she was a dentist which what makes believe she was not one..is she didn't know how to do a simple realignment. Pathetic! The asked her how much would my insurance pay...she didn't know this and all other girls didn't not know as well. she told me to wait and they will call another office. Friendly staff, doctors were willing to answer any questions, overall a good experience. Office is clean and professional.
