Dr Randolph is amazing! He takes time to hear me as well as his nurse Crystal and my therapist Kristy P & Ms Kathy Keel. I recommend this place if you suffer from mental illness. I'm making strides. It's nit an overnight fix and there's times they change my meds to find the best fit for me. I really am grateful for Dr Randolph. Please to anyone needing mental health care see this group. You'll see what I mean. Best of the best. Thanks to you all. I'm blessed for your help.
Dr Randolph has compassion and understanding. Something that is not as prevalent now as it once was. He is genuine and patient.
Been waiting for shoe inserts for months now, already paid for. Have left 6-7 messages in just the last week and cannot get a response.
Visited this office with my brother. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Dr Braford could not have been more attentive, caring and professional. I highly recommend this health care facility. The service and care is outstanding.
I'm moving and some of my meds can't be transferred. They are not willing to help me get my meds before I move outta state even though I've been asking for a week. And Kathy Keel never returns ur phone calls, no matter how urgent u say it is. And unfortunately I cannot go without these meds. I see Dr Randolph there only. Bc Dr Connor tried to kill me.
