Calef’s is one of my favorite day trip places to go. Today was the first time my husband and I ate from the deli. I’m not a big sandwich eater, but after today, I’ve changed my mind. I had the best Reuben! The bread, the portion, everything was so good! My husband is tired of hearing me say just how amazing it was! We’re going back in a couple of weeks!
Always wonderful goodies! Rat cheese is out of this world! Ginger snaps that are crunchy and did I mention epic whoopie pies🤗
We had awesome sandwiches here, and also got some dog treats our dogs love! And Cooper our Maine Coon mix enjoys his homemade mouse toy!

I’d recommend the whole store. Old world charm with creaky floors. Fabulous cheeses & deli. Great place for unique gifts.
Of course the cheeses, jams, honey and pies! clerks are fun and friendly!
It's very welcoming and warm. And smells amazing! Beautiful to look at. I'll definitely be coming back
