I have been a faithful shopper of Calef’s for a few years now. I especially like going there during the Christmas season. So when I wanted to make a large purchase of country items for my home, I made sure to go to Calef’s. I even made sure that I went on small business Friday to support them. However, some of the items didn’t work in my home so I planned to return them. It was only then that I was told that they do not accept returns, only exchanges.
