This is a warning to anyone thinking about renting here. In the last year there has been an influx of long term residents moving out. Homestead took everyone to court last year and to raise our rent higher than legally allowed. And they won. Seniors who are on a fixed income are leaving or going without food bc they can't afford the high rent. Even the support staff is leaving. There's a new superintendent Elizabeth who is a tyrant. I had the pleasure of living here for the past year. The property managers Ryan and Nigel are amazing and work as a great team. Homestead continues to update the building making it more modern. I will miss the people and the million dollar water views.
I just moved in not too long ago and can tell you that thus far I am happy. Ryan and the team are amazing at what they do and so very helpful. Units are clean and everyone is so friendly. Not sure why there are so little nice things to say. Love it here.
Really clean and nice building. The staff is amazing Julian and ryan are always available and happy to help. Really feels like a big family. After living in so many apartments this one is by far the nicest. Building is slightly old but still very nice. Better then minto and vertica company. This building is amazing and I love it here.
Ryan is a great building manager and helped my friend find a good apartment that worked for his needs. Great customer service and support!
