Dr. Oswley always shows kindness and empathy. Several members of the staff and call center are flat out horrible which ruins the entire office visit. Customer service is just as important as a good provider. I hate that they started implementing a call center process when contacting your doctor. It was totally unnecessary and I do not trust anyone answering the phone with my personal medical information. Too frequently they are unprofessional.
Dr. Owsley, Shay and Akeelah are phenomenal amazing human beings. Always showing kindness and empathy. Several other members of the staff are horrible which ruins the entire office visit. Customer service is just as important as a good provider.
5 stars doctor (maybe even 6 stars). After being in 10 years in USA, I didn't think I can ever find a doctor that cares much about the patient. I tried multiple doctors and on all of them I was in an out in less than 5 minutes. found Dr Owsley online and expected a same thing but he really surprised me. listened to me for almost 30 minutes. asked me all kinds of questions to check me up in general. was very patient and great listener. he sent me a very detailed report of my lab test 2 days after my test result. he is an amaz... read more
