No management, loud noise and music everyday, no control over tenants or respect for tenants, trashy, dirty units, poor maintenance.
PROS: $625 for 2 bd 2ba. Clean carpet, vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. Fireplace (never used). Nice sized living room, master bedroom, walk-in master closet. Other closet was nice size with sliding doors. CONS: Stairs to 2nd floor looked rotted in places and has holes and weak spots. They wouldn't replace blinds or window screens, didn't really like sending maintenance, emergency maintenance didn't have anyone on call the times I was locked out (weeknight, weekend).
