I arrived 2 hours late due to a mixup but was still seen after a minimal wait. Dr. Creswell is very friendly, professional and efficient. The office staff are always pleasant and helpful. I have been seeing him twice a year for several years, but have been cared for by his group for much longer.
Pleasant demeanor, efficient, on time, and knowledgeable. He listens, I always feel like he listens to me, and he explains everything. And I always get a quick response when I call with a question.
