I was instantly relaxed and could breath better after about 5 minutes into my session! I woke up this morning still breathing clearly and feeling wonderful!
The salt cave was awesome!! So peaceful and allowed me to really clear my head. Can't wait to try the sauna next. Do yourself a favor and try the salt cave!
The Salt Cave was wonderful. It cleared up my sinuses, and I thought the $19 I paid was very reasonable for a 45 minute session.
